…As if you’d expect hopeless romantic Rob to make love without getting emotional!

Robert Pattinson truly is a beautiful soul. While walking the red carpet April 17 at the NYC premiere of Water For Elephants, Rob told Extra he was moved to tears while filming love scenes with Reese Witherspoon. “Sexy doesn’t cover it,” he gushed. “I was actually crying at how sexy Reese was in the scene. … I’m totally okay with crying at her beauty.”

And while we know Rob’s comments were all in good fun, isn’t it a little weird that he described sex scenes with Reese as beautiful — yet described sex scenes with girlfriend Kristen Stewart as “awkward?”
