Charlie Sheen Loses Custody Battle Over Twin Boys: Are You Shocked?

The ‘Two and a Half Men’ star wanted sole custody of his 2-year-old twins Bob and Max, but the judge decided to keep the original custody agreement between Charlie and Brooke!

Charlie Sheen isn’t “winning” anymore. The 45-year-old actor appeared in an LA court with one of his “Goddesses” on April 19, but lost his attempted battle against soon-to-be ex-wife Brooke Mueller. The judge decided to maintain the “status quo” custody agreement between Charlie and Brooke — so basically nothing changed and Brooke still has primary custody of Bob and Max.

It was reportedly a closed door hearing. Despite videotapes showing Brooke unsteady on her feet at a pawnshop over the weekend, the judge didn’t seek to give the “Violent Torpedo of Truth” frontman his boys.

Charlie and Brooke will officially be divorced on May 2 — and she will get a whopping $55,000 in child support each month! It doesn’t sound like Brooke will be hurting too much. But if Charlie stays unemployed for much longer — his standup act isn’t doing too hot — he might have a tough road ahead!

After the hearing Charlie hopped on a plane and headed to his next tour stop — Washington DC!
