Charlie Sheen And Brooke Mueller Custody Case Involves 'Questions Of Abuse'

The judge in Charlie and Brooke’s case just kicked all media from the courtroom, stating there are sensitive and private matters to be discussed.

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller are currently in court in Los Angeles as Judge Hank Golderg decides who will get custody of their 2-year-old twins, Bob and Max. And TMZ.com revealed that Judge Goldberg just threw the media out of the courtroom as he reviews, “questions of abuse” in the case.

Yesterday, it was reported that Brooke did not show up for her mandatory drug test due to the fact that she had been binging and doing drugs the week prior. That’s when Charlie decided to step in and demand a court hearing.

Although Judge Goldberg did not reveal the nature of these abuse allegations, they will be discussed, as Charlie and Brooke both fight for sole custody of their boys.
