Love is in the air for Dan & Blair — in real life? If so, is this a smart move for them?

Are Gossip Girl stars Blake Lively, 23, and Penn Badgley, 24, rekindling their lost romance? The former lovebirds were spotted holding hands as they strolled through the Coachella VIP Rose Garden over the weekend, according to ETOnline.com.

Blake and Penn called it quits back in September after dating for three years. But the two still see each other on a regular basis — on the set of Gossip Girl.
