Neil Patrick Harris took to Twitter on April 17 to flaunt his six-month-old fraternal twins Gideon Scott & Harper Grace, who were having a great time playing with his partner David Burtka.
“Relaxing on a Sunday afternoon. My heart is full of love,” he tweeted, overjoyed to be hanging out with his whole brood.
