After being caught purchasing crack cocaine, Brooke is back in rehab and Charlie is going to court.
Sources close to situation tell TMZ.com that Brooke Mueller has headed back to rehab after a crazy week of partying. Brooke never showed up to take a drug test on Friday, April 15, which is a mandatory part of her custody settlement with estranged husband, Charlie Sheen. Now sources say Charlie is seeking temporary custody of 2-year-old twins, Bob and Max, while Brooke is in rehab.
Charlie’s lawyer will notify Brooke’s attorney, April 18, that Charlie will ask a judge to hand over custody of the boys for the week. “Charlie has had enough with her excuses, period,” sources tell RadarOnline.com. “Brooke refused to take a random drug test. Charlie’s attorney will use that as evidence that the boys are better off with him than Brooke.”
But Brooke and her attorney, Lori Howe, will not back down without a fight. Lori is expected to argue that the twins are safer with Brooke’s mom Moira Fiore than they are with Charlie, who hasn’t seen much of them in the last few weeks due to his Torpedo of Truth tour.
“The last place the twins should be is in different hotel rooms every night,” an insider close to Brooke’s camp explains. “Toddlers need love, continutiy and stability. They have that with Brooke’s extended family in Los Angeles.”
Who do you think should have custody of Bob and Max?
