Three years after losing custody of her sons, Britney and her ex Kevin Federline reportedly have reached a tentative agreement.

Great news for Britney Spears! The singer, 29, is in the works to regain custody of her two sons, Sean Preston, 5, and Jayden James, 4, with ex-husband and new dad-to-be, Kevin Federline, 33. A custody deal reportedly was reached amicably between the exes and they are now waiting for a judge’s approval. Are you happy Britney is getting custody back?

Britney first lost physical custody back in 2008 when she started exhibiting bizarre behavior, like shaving her head in front of paparazzi, which landed her in the psych ward twice. But recently, Britney has shaped up and is on her way to restoring her public persona.

A source tells The Daily Express that Kevin has “no qualms” sharing custody with Britney. And reportedly, Brit is ready to walk down the aisle with long-time beau Jason Trawick, which could end her father Jamie’s legal control over her.
