The hot new trend on the set of the new TV series Smash is dining out at Benjamin’s Steakhouse — don’t you love it!

It seems the cast of the sure to be hot new TV series Smash has already bonded and started to create their own traditions! First American Idol winner Katherine Mcphee had a quiet romantic dinner overlooking the main dining room with husband, Nick Nokas. The following week Angelica Houston was seen enjoying a rib eye steak complete with a beer for dinner with a male friend. I’m so jealous that these stars got to eat out at my favorite steakhouse, and I can’t wait to see their new series!

Also for the record Kelly Clarkson was the First American Idol winner and McPhee didnt win her season. Taylor Hicks did, she was runner-up. Simply fact checking would’ve solved this. Keep up the good work though. :]

Just for the record, her married name is Cokas with a “C.” Hoping for Smash to get picked up for next fall. Can’t wait for weekly McPhee–again.
