Things are getting serious between Christina Aguilera and her new boyfriend Matthew Rutler! On a trip to visit his parents, Christina refused to slum it in his hometown.
Instead of staying at beau Matthew Rutler‘s old two-floor apartment, Christina Aguilera rented out the nicest suite at the luxurious Hyatt Regency in Newport, Rhode Island. On a recent hometown visit to meet the parents, Christina made sure the whole trip was a VIP experience.
“I was told it was because she needed room service 24-7,” a friend of Matt’s told Life & Style Magazine about the star’s luxe living conditions. “And I know that when they left town, they flew out on her private jet.”
Even when the couple went for a drink at the quiet Fastnet Pub, Christina made sure her driver kept the Suburban running outside the whole time. While Matt may be loving living the life of luxury, should Christina worry that he’s taking advantage of her?
“He’s definitely set,” a second friend told Life & Style. “And who can blame him — if a big celebrity came on to me, I’d probably go for it too.”
Before Matthew met Christina, he was barely making ends meet as a production assistant. Now he gets to travel around the world in private jets and chauffeured cars. We hope his love is real, and he isn’t just with her to be a piece of pampered arm candy.

Clearly she has no idea about global warming or does not even care about it. What a bad example this sets. Her son will have to deal with the problems global warming creates. Did she think about that?
Why does she need room service 24-7? Two bedroom apartment for a few days ain’t good enough? That money she spent on a fancy suite could have been donated to help the people in Japan right now.
