Bethenny didn’t want saggy boobs any more — but implants just made the problem bigger! But now that they are out, Bethenny feels great!

Bethenny Frankel‘s self-confidence is never in question. But the truth is that in 2005, the Bethenny Ever After star was quite unhappy with her body. Despite being a natural 34C, Bethenny thought her breasts were way too saggy … to the point that she approached a plastic surgeon and asked him to give her a lift.

But the Florida doctor wouldn’t perform that exact procedure she wanted.

“He told me there would be big lollipop scars if I got a lift,” Bethenny tells Life & Style magazine. “Being single at the time, I wasn’t comfortable with the idea. He told me he could instead put in a small implant that would give me a lift — not as much as a real lift would but at least a little bit of a lift. So I did it.”

This only made the situation worse! “I was a D-cup,” Bethenny remembers. “They were still saggy — only now they were bigger! They were saggy and gigantic.”

“I was so uncomfortable. I looked like a stripper,” continues Bethenny. “I don’t think your breasts should be the first thing people notice when you enter a room.”

But it wasn’t until 2008 when Bethenny joined the cast of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New York City that she could afford to have the implants taken out.

“The minute I had the money, I was like, ‘Let’s do it,'” says Bethenny. Right away she booked an appointment with a NY-based surgeon, had the implants removed and went back to her normal size.

And guess what? The scars were minimal!

Not that it matters to Bethenny anymore. “The truth is that I just don’t care that much,” she confesses. “I’m married now, and it’s not like I’m going to be pulling my top down in St. Tropez at 40.”

“Now I feel comfortable,” says Bethenny. “I feel proportional — and I don’t have saggy boobs anymore. It’s the best feeling ever.”

And her husband Jason Hoppy loves Bethenny’s natural size. “He likes me in a bathing suit and in lingerie — and when I’m naked,” Bethenny smiles.

BFFs — do you think Bethenny looked better in 2005 after she had her implants put in, or now that they are out and she’s back to her original size?

2005 looks natural and lusciously beautiful, today…looks like cheap stripperized hard plastic softballs stuck to her chest.

This girl has some serious issues….
