Kate Gosselin Tweets: I’m A Lightweight When It Comes To Wine

The mom-of-eight likes to take the edge off with red wine – but she says one bottle goes a long way!

Kate Gosselin has joined the world of Twitter and she’s making sure to keep her more than 4,000 followers up to date on her every move — including her drinking habits. Kate tweeted April 7 that she was having a little nightcap but went on to explain why she wasn’t downing an entire bottle!

“@BrandyGilley My rare treat … Merlots lately. I’m a light weight so a bottle lasts a looonggg time lol.”

We were a little surprised because we’ve told you before that Kate is known to only drink white wine. Also, on Jan. 25 we spotted Kate at Wine & Spirit Store in Reading, Pa. picking up some Momokawa Organic Ginjo Sake — her bodyguard Steve Neild‘s favorite!

The star of Kate Plus 8 may feel the need to find new ways to relax these days. She’s being sued by her former marriage counselor, Dr. Sylvia Lafair over allegedly unpaid bills from 2009 sessions with her ex-husband Jon Gosselin.

Yes, Tracey, it is a “bit” contradictory, but she contradicts herself left and right every time she opens her mouth. It’s called LYING.

Guess she was too busy tweeting to pick up her sick child @ school. Damn! She probably forgot the vomit bucket @ home b/c she was too busy tweeting. MUAHAHAHA!
