Jennifer Del Rio, a 17-year-old Florida mother of twins who is one of the new stars of MTV’s 16 & Pregnant, has filed documents in Hillsborough County begging a judge to grant a restraining order against her baby daddy, 19-year-old Josh Smith. According to the court papers, Jennifer claims Josh has been “harassing her and threatened her, saying he will have her raped.”
Josh was previously arrested on domestic violence charges for attacking Jennifer just weeks after their twins were born. Jennifer says he “has attempted to kidnap the children” and “due to his violence I am frightened for my life and the children’s lives.”
Josh failed to appear at the hearing on the matter. Wow.

wow this show is so stupid now. all of the girls who have been on these shows are so stupid to be getting pregnant at 16.girls from the past show say it isn`t a bad are just dumb for thinking that the show gives a positive repsonse on kids who are pregnant ,but in fact it gives a negative response because they are showing them that if they do get pregnant that maybe they`ll be on 16&pregnant and make money, but not all of the time does that happen. SO FOR ALL OF YOU PEOPLE WHO THINK YOU`LL BE OKAY BE PREGNANT AND 16 YOU GUYS ARE JUST STUPID FOR THINKING IT.
