Miley thanks her ex and ‘Last Song’ costar at the awards signaling that they may in fact be back together!

Miley Cyrus added some fire to rumors she was back with former beau Liam Hemsworth at the Kids’ Choice Awards when she gave him a shout during her acceptance speech! Miley picked up the Favorite Movie Actress blimp for her role in The Last Song and made sure to give Liam a special mention, who was also her costar in the film. This after the two were spotted flirting at a coffee shop in LA this week!

She also spoke to E! about her relationship status on the Orange Carpet for Kids’ Choice. And when asked if she’s currently single, Miley smiled and said, “Maybe, maybe not. It’s a question mark.”

We have a sneaky suspicion that Miley isn’t telling us the whole truth about her love love!
