Tennis Pro David Ferrer Hits A Ball At A Crying Baby In The Stands! What A Jerk!

And he was booed by the crowd for the rest of his match, which he ended up losing. Ouch. Karma.

Really? Who does this? Tennis ace David Ferrer, 28, got so fired up with a crying baby at the Sony Ericsson Open in Miami today that he turned into a big baby himself! In a fit of frustration, David sent a ball flying in the direction of the crying kid in the stands — and his fans were shocked! Wow David, that’s completely unnecessary!

Although the baby, nor his father who was comforting him, were injured, the crowd turned on David for the rest of his match against American Mardy Fish, who went on to win.

The tennis star blamed his overreaction and loss on indigestion. Yeah, right.

His opponent Mardy didn’t notice his hit towards the child, “He’d probably take that one back if he could,” Mardy says. “He’s a very nice guy. Obviously flustered.”

That’s just childish and inappropriate. What do you think of this?

Obviously he was wrong to throw the ball toward the baby but there are places people shouldnt bring their babies. This is one of them.
