The ambitious reptile that captured our hearts was found hidden in the Reptile House!
The Wildlife Conservation Society apparently recovered the Bronx Zoo Cobra on March 31, a 20-inch long Egyptian cobra which went missing from the zoo on March 25, a source tells Fox 5.
The cobra became something of a folk hero, inspiring a hilarious twitter account and a Facebook page intended to get the snake a hosting gig on Saturday Night Live!
Our favorite tweet? “Anyone know if Rebecca Black lives in NYC? No reason.”
Looks like everyone wants to feud with poor Rebecca!
