Kourtney, 31, claims she lost all her baby weight quickly after giving birth to Mason 15 months ago, by carrying her son everywhere she went — even using him as a gym accessory!
“I take Mason on lots of walks. Carrying him around him around is like carrying 20lbs all day,” Kourtney tells Look magazine, adding, “When he was a baby I’d do squats while holding him.” We’d love to see that in action!
But the reality TV star insists her cute tot can’t take all the credit for her fabulous figure — she combined her new fitness routine with a new healthier diet, “I was eating a lot of dried fruit and I didn’t know how much sugar that added. And now I’ll eat raw almonds instead of salted ones.”
But she’s not good ALL the time! “I’ll eat Oreos,” she says, “but I’ll eat two instead of a whole box of them. I think you have to treat yourself once in a while.”
