Armie has been confirmed as the prince and Saoirse might play Snow White in The Brothers Grimm: Snow White but is that age-appropriate? And does Saoirse have what it takes to pull off Snow White better than Kristen Stewart?

Armie Hammer is set to play Prince Andrew Alcott in Relativity Media’s The Brothers Grimm: Snow White movie which already features Julia Roberts as the Evil Queen. Our sister site Deadline reports Saoirse Ronan is “in discussion” for the title role of Snow White. But do you think 24-year-old Armie and 16-year-old Saoirse should be cast as romantic leads together?

Armie, of Social Network fame, and Julia Roberts will be directed by Tarsem Singh. Saoirse, whom you might recognize from Atonement, is significantly younger than the other two main actors and, if cast, would handle the tough task of playing a role which Kristen Stewart has already signed on for in similar movie, Snow White and the Huntsman. Relativity is trying to get their version done in June 2012 before Kristen’s movie premieres in December 2012.

What do you think of Saoirse being cast alongside Armie, who is eight years older than her? And who would do a better job as Snow White — Kristen Stewart or Saoirse Ronan? Let us know below!
