Could Robert Pattinson Star In 'The Dark Knight Rises' -- He Wants To Be A Superhero!

In a recent interview Rob said he would love to play a superhero — and we think he’d be perfect for ‘Dark Knight Rises!’

Robert Pattinson may be wrapping up his role as Edward Cullen in the hugely successful Twilight saga, but he is more than willing to get involved in another franchise — as a superhero! Rob told MTV News he would love to play a superhero in a recent interview, and even had one in mind, and we think he would make the perfect Robin in The Dark Knight Rises!

The Dark Knight Rises is still assembling an all-star cast, including Anne Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Juno Temple, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Batman himself Christian Bale, and Rob seems like a perfect fit for this group. No one has been cast as Robin, and he may not even be in the script, but Rob could always appear at the end of the film in a cameo and have a larger role in the next film!

What’s more, Rob has the perfect look to play Robin!

I see 3 important attributes in Roberto, that he does particular person… First hit me is Roberto´s intelligence, Second hit me his eyes, (clean, healthy ) care overflowed of intelligence, they bright as light, with sweetness and fierceness (see the photos) that combined with humility and simplicity a success pump produces (see his actions). Third that hit me is Roberto`s hands, they are long, nails care, clean, white and play all the time, his lines are very definite, and clear.

OH MY GOD….*double face palm* -_- …Whoever wrote this article: if I were going to make a film…you defintely wouldn’t be any help in casting…

So this doesn’t make sense.
A. Nolan has said their won’t be a Robin.
B. Nolan says this will be his last Batman film, and a cameo would be pointless.
C. Pattinson is in the best scene in any movie ever. The scene in which he gets killed at the end of HP4.

Here come all of you ignorant, narrow minded Rob Pattinson haters, none of whom have the credibility to judge Rob’s talent as an actor, especially if you’ve only seen him in one role, which is obviously the case for most of you! Try watching some of his other movies, everyone that he’s ever worked with, other actors, directors etc., have had nothing but good things to say about him, and they are obviously the ones who know what they are talking about, not some 30+ yr old men who like to read comic books!

Truthfully though, Nolan seems to have a taste for actors that shines on indie movies over mainstream stars. He’s making a dark and serious movie … not one catered for teenage girls.

Rob isn’t just another pretty face, although lord knows he prbably has the best looking face on this planet. He truly is an exquisite beauty if one can see those words for a man.

He really can act. Did any of you see Remember Me or Harry Potter Goblets of Fire? Or were you all too busy looking for reasons to put him down? I don’t think he’s right for the Batman films either and I’m sure he isn’t interested in stepping into someone elses shoes. Forget this movie but for heaven sake, give the kid a chance. One can hardly gage his talent from a sappy franchise like Twilight.

You boys read like real losers. Robert Pattinson has never expressed a desire to be in Batman. If he was in a Superhero movie he would excel like in everything else he does. Face it loser fan boys are never going to impress women as long as you are fat, living in your parents’ basement, are essentially jobless, and think a woman should put out for you just because you paid for an a.m. movie ticket to Iron Man II. Up against a Robert Pattinson there’s really no comparison. So get over it and get a life.

Sure, ruin another movie by putting Pattycakes in it.

I read the first bit of the title from IMDB of this article and thought what moron would write something like this. To even seriously consider Robert Pattinson in Chris Nolan’s Batman franchise would be the most retarded idea ever, which pretty much shows the intellect of whoever wrote this short blurb suggesting him for TDKR.

Why would someone even think that Rob would be cast in a franchise that is actually worth watching. I don’t think Chris Nolan would throw away such a perfect trilogy by casting a vampire that can’t act.

Robert Pattinson would be horrible casting for The Dark Knight Rises. It will never happen.

B. Who cares if he wants to be in TDKR, he won’t be
C. This is Chris Nolan’s last film so don’t count on a larger role “in the next one”
and finally D. how does he have “the perfect look’ to play Robin? Robin is a boy, not a mid twenties glittery “vampire”
