Happy Birthday, Alyson Hannigan! You're 37 Today, March 24!

And it’s her daughter Satyana’s 2nd birthday today too! What a coincidence!

From Buffy The Vampire Slayer to How I Met Your Mother, Alyson Hannigan has had a long and prosperous career in TV. And how could we forget about her hilarious character in the American Pie franchise, which is currently working on a fourth installment. Alyson has not yet signed on for the new film but with the success of CBS’ How I Met Your Mother, she should be fine!

Alyson and her husband Alexis Denisof, 45, welcomed daughter Satyana two years ago today on Alyson’s 35th birthday. (It’s pretty cool that both red-headed Denisof girls share the same special day!) What an awesome birthday present.

“It was her due date,” Alyson says of the birthday. “And actually, my mom was born on her mom’s birthday. On my dad’s side of the family, all of the women are born on the 24th of the month, not the same month, but always the 24th.” Wow, that’s so weird!
