Wow, the former Two and a Half Men star hasn’t seen his sons since he handed them over to Brooke Mueller almost a month ago.
Although the restraining order against him was lifted yesterday, it doesn’t look like Charlie Sheen will be seeing much of Bob and Max, 2, unless he undergoes a psychological evaluation. Charlie, 45, agreed to have the full exam — which was detailed in his and Brooke Mueller‘s custody deal — but he has yet to follow through with his promise.
“Charlie must submit to a mental health evaluation with a liscensed professional before he can see Bob and Max,” a source with the knowledge of the situation tells RadarOnline.com. “Charlie won’t see the boys until he sees a psychatrist, that is someone neutral, that hasn’t previously treated him.”
And although the temporary restraining order has been lifted and Brooke, 33, and Charlie’s court date was canceled yesterday, March 22, Charlie will still have to go through with the exam. “Charlie knows what he has to do to see the boys,” the source adds. “Charlie agreed to these terms in the custody agreement. He has to adhere to the terms.”
