Miley just announced her first two tour dates — why isn’t she coming to the U.S.?
Surprise! Miley Cyrus is heading back on the road! The 18-year-old popstar took to her Facebook to let her millions of fans know she’s going on tour! Miley is slowly trickling out her tour dates and so far she’s revealed two international dates!
Last year, Miley made it sound like she was done with touring for a while: “I just want to do films ’cause I like being someone else,” she said on The View.
Now that she has two movies in the can: So Undercover and LOL, she’s making her first tour stop in Quito, Ecuador, April 29 – and already 5,000 fans have made comments on the post! Miley’s second stop will be in Lima, Peru May 1.
Miley got constant criticism last year for her scandalous behavior — like making out with her dancers on stage. So do you think Miley is going overseas so that she can try out new moves and have less scrutiny on her racy outfits and dance moves?
She’s asking her fans: “Where should I go next?” and letting them know “more tour dates will be announced soon.”
E! Online reports that US dates are not happening in the immediate future — because Miley wants to give her international fans a rare chance to see her perform live.
Tickets go on sale this week for the South American tour dates. If you want to see Miley you better start packing!
