Halle’s daughter Nahla turned three on Wednesday and the duo celebrated with friends at her Malibu beach house. But, where was her dad?
Following a work week in New York City and a nice sunny weekend trip to Miami, Halle Berry, 44, and her adorable tot, Nahla, returned home to California to celebrate Nahla‘s third birthday at her Malibu beach house. But a noticeably absent guest was Nahla’s dad, Gabriel Aubry, 35, who Halle has been in a bitter custody battle with. So, was he even invited?
The 3-year-old left those terrible twos behind and celebrated with mom and some friends in the beach house decorated with pink, purple, blue and green “Happy Birthday” balloons, according to People.
It was a low-key gathering and neither Gabriel nor Halle’s rumored beau Olivier Martinez were present. Will Gabriel be throwing his own party for Nahla? We’ll have to wait and see…

Unless he’s beating someone, it is heartless and unjust not to include a child’s father in his daughter’s birthday celebration.
