'Bachelor' Brad Womack And Emily Maynard Are ALREADY Trying For Babies! Too Soon?

Courtesy of ABCThey may be fighting, breaking up and making up over and over again, but the couple insists that they’re still engaged and “trying” to have kids! Do they even know each other well enough?

After calling off one wedding and breaking up multiple times, The Bachelor stars Brad Womack, 38, and Emily Maynard, 25, are working at their relationship. First step: kids. Wait, KIDS?!

“We’re trying,” Brad tells People about starting a family. And Emily, who already has a 5-year-old daughter, Ricki, with her former fiance NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick who passed away, completely agrees.

“I definitely want more kids,” she says. “I’m ready.” But is this baby talk too soon for the reality TV couple?

“Given the track record of these reality shows in general, the odds aren’t that great that they’ll make it last “forever,” sex and relationship expert Amy Levine tells HollyBaby.com. “Having a baby can solidify the relationship — at least on a superficial level — keeping them in la la land for the long-haul. It can keep them occupied and allow them the opportunity — if need be — to take the focus off them and make the kids the priority,” Amy adds.

“I want to start a family,” Brad says. “And I want to be a very proud father and stepfather. I’ll be a damn good one, that’s for sure. Biggest role of my life,” he adds. “Husband will be a close second.”

But Amy says “la la land” won’t last forever. “They may find out 18 years down the road when the kids leave the nest that the bond wore off a long time ago,” she explains. “On the other hand, it can totally work out. I sense a spin-off show.”

Hmm, that’s an interesting point. What do you think, HollyMoms? Should Brad and Emily have kids?

I thought he should of chose Chantel. She seemed to genuinely love Brad unlike Emily. Emily seems superficial, spoiled and materialistic. I hope Brad dumps her for Chantel even though Chantel did say she has a man now. I say her and Brad should marry and should be together right now.

I feel sorry for Rikki! If they go and have another child now with their relationship as on the rocks as it is the kids are going to be the ones to pay the price. These 2 are acting very selfishly if they think a baby is going to save their trainwreck of a relationship!

perhaps they’ve given up on the relationship part and are just going to resign themselves to loving kids, not a spouse… regardless, this show is a joke. i finally gave up on it.

This is the most asinine thing I have ever heard of. What a way for publicity. Oh, I forgot, this is Hollywood and that’s what you do, have babies with…..whoever……

Definitely too soon to be thinking — much less trying to have — children. These two need to figure out what kind of real relationship they’re going to have now that the cameras and exotic locations are in the past.

I am not going to judge them. I don’t know them personally, know how happy they are or what there relationship is like. I just hope they make the right decisions for them and little Rikki & are truly happy!

Emily had her daughter when she was just 19 years old??? Well, typical of these young redneck women. kekeke She looks older than 24. I thought she was 30. People who goes on these reality shows are just looking for their 15 minutes of fame! I mean, they need agents to get on these darn shows!!! Hello!??

I’m so sick of hearing about rednecks. People all over
the U.S. get pregnant out of wedlock. I was born and
raised in the south but have lived in my lifetime in the
north and south. I find the morals in any part of U.S.
not much different where ever you live. If you don’t
believe me look at Hollywood. I hope they are happy and
have a good life together.
