The man best known for playing Stifler in ‘American Pie’ has admitted himself for ‘proactive treatment.’

Seann William Scott has entered a treatment facility for unspecified “health and personal issues,” according to his rep.

The actor, 34, has “voluntarily admitted himself for proactive treatment to address health and personal issues,” says the statement from his agent.

Scott is probably best known for playing the gleefully stupid himbo Steve Stifler in 1999’s American Pie and the awesomely air-headed Chester Greenburg in 2000’s Dude, Where’s My Car.
