Poor Eva. Time hasn’t healed her heart, she admits in a new interview with Allure magazine, where she’s the cover girl on their April issue.
“Every time I talk about it, I want to cry. It’s been hard, very hard,” she admits in the interview while tearing up. “I’m just trying to get through it (the divorce) as gracefully as possible without any drama.”
The gorgeous Desperate Housewives star , 36, also confesses that she’s still trying to get a new routine going since she’s not hopping on airplanes anymore to see Tony play basketball for the San Antonio Spurs.
Eva, as you may recall, split from the younger Belgian-born Parker, 29, after she found hundreds of text messages between her husband and the wife of one of his teammates and a friend of Eva’s, Erin Berry. Her official divorce from Tony came through on Jan. 28th this year. “It’s kind of weird because my life is …. I’m kind of having to find new patterns,” she explains to the magazine — something understandable after ending a relationship of almost five and a half years, including three and a half years of marriage.
So guess who she’s leaning on? Desperate Housewives co-stars Marcia Cross and Felicity Huffman. “We’re like sisters,” she says, completely putting to rest forever all the rumors of cattiness and on-set fighting between “Housewives”.
What she doesn’t say, is anything about the reported new man in her life, Spanish pop star Eduardo Cruz, Penelope Cruz‘s younger brother. Supposedly, the younger Eduardo, 25, is crazy about Eva, and you know what? Who could blame him?
Tony Parker — You blew it! And smart, beautiful Eva, we know you’ll find love and happiness again! Good Luck!
