The son of Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott is celebrating his fourth birthday today.

And what a lucky tot he is! Liam already got to spend Friday celebrating his special day with friends at school. “Liam celebrating his bday at school with his friends and some delicious red velvet super hero cupcakes!” his mom Tori Spelling tweeted. Yum!

And Liam, who has a little sister Stella, 2½, is in for a special treat this weekend. “Full tilt party mode,” Tori wrote. “Plannin Liam’s 4th bday party 4 wknd. My kid went old skool… Picked GHOSTBUSTER theme. Fave movie. He’s Bill Murray!”

Sounds like so much fun! We hope Liam has the best birthday and gets a lot of cool gifts.
