No court! Brooke is expected to drop the restraining order against Charlie, allowing him visitation with Bob and Max. Is that good or bad?
This battle is over. Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have struck a custody deal and will not be showing up for court this morning, TMZ.comreports. “Brooke and Charlie have reached an agreement that resolves their differences,” their attorneys explain. “For the benefit of the children, the terms of their agreement will not be disclosed. They ask the public for privacy on this matter.”
Although details are not being discussed, it is assumed that Brooke will drop her restraining order and Charlie will have access to his soon-to-be two-year-old boys, Max and Bob.
