Since Kieffer didn’t show up, Jenelle will have to wait another month to face the judge for the criminal summons she was slapped with in February!
Today, Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans arrived at a Brunswick County, N.C. courtroom to face three different misdemeanor criminal summonses. She’s accused of breaking and entering and injury to real property; second degree trespass and [making a] harassing phone call; and injury to personal property. But because the alleged victims—Jenelle’s former friend Jaelanie Salas and ex-boyfriend Kieffer Delp—both failed to appear, the case was postponed.
“The case was continued by the state,” Jenelle’s attorney Dustin Sullivan tells HollyBaby.com exclusively. “Both Jaelanie and Kieffer failed to show. The state continued to April 29 at 9:30 a.m”
On Feb. 9 Jaelanie had Jennel served with criminal summons after she said that Jenelle broke into her house on Feb. 7 and destroyed it. Kieffer also had her served on the same day alleging that Jenelle had broken his iPhone, resulting in damages of more than $200.
In return, Jenelle filed a criminal summons for threatening phone calls against Jaelanie on Feb. 17. Jenelle has also refiled assault charges against Kieffer for pushing her back in November.
Jenelle will appear in court as the victim in the case against Jaelanie on March 18 and on March 15 against Kieffer.
Jenelle is also currently fighting criminal charges for possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and breaking and entering. She is scheduled to appear in court on Apr. 14 for the criminal charges and she could face up to 260 days in jail if found guilty.
