Charlie, Brooke and their lawyers tried to come to a custody agreement this weekend with no luck. Now they’re heading to court to settle the problem.

No shocker here! Charlie Sheen, 45, and Brooke Mueller, 33, have yet to negotiate a custody settlement and are heading into what’s sure to be a bitter court fight March 8. Sources tell TMZ.com that there are a few issues in the way of the estranged couple reaching an agreement. A few? Well, DUH! No one’s “winning” right now.

Brooke is said to be insisting there be a monitor or a “parenting shadow” present whenever Charlie has their almost 2-year-old twins, Max and Bob, in his home. And she wants to make sure that any future “goddesses” do not have the right to exercise parental duties.

This weekend, Brooke took Max and Bob out to The Grove in Los Angeles, where everyone looked happy and healthy. She hopes to get full custody of the boys.

Charlie’s lawyers must contact Brooke’s to settle on tomorrow’s court date. Let’s wait and see…
