The age of consent in most states is 16 so even if she were 40 they could still have sex
And even in the states that the age of consent is 17 or 18 a lot of them have an age gap law that says if they are no more than 36 months apart it is ok for them to have sex even if one is under the age of consent.

And also French kissing falls under the category of sexual contact so even if it were illegal for them (which it’s not) there would be solid evidence in pictures and Selena would already be prosecuted.

It’s perfectly fine what they are doing.
If it wasn’t, it would be basically impossible to get out of it with all the pictures as evidence, no matter how good of a lawyer you have.
