SHOP my picks and tips for the perfect date night get-up!

Spring is almost here, and a Saturday day date is a great idea — whether it’s a first date and you want to keep it casual or you’re looking forward to some quality time with your boyfriend, checking out a new exhibit or walking around a museum is a great idea. You won’t have to feel flustered trying to come up with conversation — everything around you will serve as an excellent icebreaker! I recommend keeping your outfit casual — it is a Saturday after all!

It’s a great time to break out some new spring pieces — even though it’s too early for a summery day dress you can still look chic mixing new spring pieces with warm weather basics. Check out Rachel Bilson — she has her stylish chic look down. If you prefer wearing heels, a pair of wedges will still give you some height but you’ll be totally comfortable walking around. While I stuck to a darker color, a pair of olive pants are perfect for the outing — they’re very trendy for spring, yet with a blazer and the right footwear they work so well!

Even if you’re heading out to shop or grab a bite to eat, this casual chic outfit is perfect. I recommend playing around with accessories, but don’t go overboard. A studded bag like Rachel’s is a nice touch. Check out my picks below if you’re searching for the perfect get-up, just in time for the weekend!
