Charlie tweets that he “verbally reached a deal” with Brooke Mueller, so they will not be going to court… WHAT?!
UPDATE: Because Charlie tweeted about his “verbal deal” with Brooke, the deal is now off and the couple will be back in court Monday, March 7, reports TMZ. Apparently there were stipulations Charlie wouldn’t discuss the deal with the media. Plus, under the agreement Charlie would have to have another monitor present.
Charlie Sheen was preparing to go to a Los Angeles court on Monday, March 7, in a bid to take back custody of his 23-month-old twins Max and Bob from estranged wife Brooke Mueller. But now, he says he “verbally reached a deal with B. no court mon. yay….” And TMZ.com says if the deal goes through, they will return to the regular custody schedule. This is crazy!
Earler today, Charlie intended on presenting plenty of evidence of Brooke’s past, and present, drug use. So, they’re both on drugs?! Neither Charlie or Brooke should be caring for these kids!
The Two and a Half Men star is getting his lawyers together for a meeting today to discuss possible ways he can provide evidence of Brooke’s substance abuse. “Charlie will have statements from some of his employees, credible drug experts and friends who are all eyewitnesses to Brooke’s drug use within the last week to 10 days,” a source close to Sheen’s camp tells RadarOnline.com. His plan is to use this evidence to prove Brooke is an unfit mother and should not be caring for their boys. Hmm, but HE’S a fit father?
He also has photographic evidence showing a ‘supposed’ home made crack pipe, foil, spoons, drug residue and his ex’s driver’s license which had been used to cut up lines of cocaine. These photos and a letter Brooke wrote to Charlie saying she “would kick all these pills” will be filed in court.
The Charlie insider says, “This is how Charlie sees what the judge will have to consider: should a father not have taken his children from a woman who was so riddled on drugs, prescription and illicit, that she could not properly care for them? Charlie was acting as only a loving father could.”
Loving father? Charlie, you have a porn star and a marijuana model in your house — that can’t be too good for your sons.
“Charlie had hoped common sense would prevail and Brooke would realize he only wants the best for his kids,” said the source, “but he thinks she is being irrational and erratic, at the expense of their two children.” Common sense would be taking these two kids away from both their parents. It’s not safe!
UPDATE: Now, TMZ.com is saying Brooke is firing back, claiming Charlie violated their divorce settlement which provides in part: “Charlie agrees to not disclose to any media sources personal information relating to Brooke’s alleged drug usage.”

Being a Porn star doesn’t make a home unsafe. Porn stars have kids and no one is trying to remove them. However, if Brooke or Charlie are using drugs that will make an unsafe home. Where is Gloria Allred. Michael Jackson kids were just acting like kids horsing around in their grandparents home with no drugs, no alcohol, and Gloria was trying to have them removed from the home, which was ridiculous.
Brooke is all about using those kids as pawns for a bigger bank account. Charlie should get a vasectomy and never get married again. Play the field, have fun and keep the kids out of this foolishness.
