Charlie takes legal action against the whole ‘Two and a Half Men’ team!

Charlie Sheen can’t go a day without doing several crazy things, and he opened up this week with perhaps his wildest attack yet — in the form of a $320 million lawsuit against his Two and a Half Men employers!

The lawsuit, which is said to be filed Feb. 28, will be targeted at CBS, Warner Bros. and creator Chuck Lorre, the New York Post reports. The suit alleges Charlie, 45, has suffered from “mental anguish” due to the cancellation of the back end of the show’s eighth season. He’s looking for damages as well as payment for the upcoming season nine.

A source close to the situation — which sounds strangely like Charlie himself — told the Post the actor is ready for war with Lorre and company.

“All Sheen has right now is time and money to destroy that little f—k. Charlie’s like a samurai warrior,” the source said.

Meanwhile, CBS has banned Charlie from the lot where Men is filmed.

It sounds like you’ll have your work cut out for you to win this case, Charlie!

Well, it looks like 78.38% of voters on this pole are clueless. Sheen actually has a really good case against the production company and the network. Also, the rest of the cast and crew would have a good case as well.

People let this media drivel and their hatred for a crazy rich guy interfere with the realities of the situation. The reality is that CBS and Lorre cancelled the show putting Sheen and the rest of the cast and crew out of work. It will be very difficult for them to argue against him knowing what they have put up with from Sheen in the past. Precident people, precident.
