One ice cream parlor wants everyone to experience the “miracle of motherhood,” by licking up a scoop of frozen, sugary breast milk. Sorry, this just seems so weird??

And 15 women have donated their breast milk so this London ice cream shop’s dream can come true! “What could be more natural than fresh, free-range mother’s milk in an ice cream?” says Victoria Hiley, one of the mothers who has donated her mammary milk. “I tried the product for the first time today — it’s very nice, it really melts in the mouth.” Does this flavor sound delicious or totally gross?

The flavor is called Baby Gaga and is priced at a hefty $23 a serving! Worth it?

To be honest, if you think about the benefits provide for a baby, think about what it can do for older children and adults! Babies who nurse gain natural protection against stomach problems, asthma, diabetes, respiratory infections and childhood leukemia, according to the government’s Office on Human Health.

Wow, so can we all reap the benefits of breast milk by eating up some yummy “organic” ice cream? Or are their potential risks? We’ll have to wait and see.

My preference is to acquire it directly from the source, thank you!
