Amber’s brother, Shawn Portwood says someone stole her phone and then sold the pics to the tabloids!

Poor Amber Portwood. This girl just cannot catch a break! It turns out that the nude photos that were released yesterday were taken by Amber herself, on her cellphone, and were for HER EYES ONLY. Her brother, Shawn Portwood posted on his Facebook page today, “Amber did not pose nude for anybody. She did take personal pics of herself as many people do to see her body etc.” Um, do you guys take pictures of yourselves naked to see your body??? Is this something that people do???

Shawn went on to say, “They were actually stolen off of her phone by an individual who got a hold of it and sent to himself to make money.” Oh, Amber! Please be careful! When you get famous, yucky people come out of the woodwork to try and make money off you! Shawn says that “legal matters have been taken and the people who have stolen them will be dealt with.” Good luck, Amber!
