'Teen Mom 2' Star Jo Rivera's Exclusive Mugshot -- Charged With Smoking Pot!

HollyBaby.com has exclusively obtained ‘Teen Mom 2′ star Kailyn Lowry’s baby daddy Jo’s mugshot from the day of his arrest!

Uh oh! There’s more trouble in Teen Mom 2 paradise. 18-year-old star Kailyn Lowry‘s baby daddy Jonathan Rivera was charged with “being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance” — marijuana — on Feb. 13 in Lopatcong Township, N.J.

Police pulled Jo’s brother Edward Rivera, 23, over at 11:29 p.m. after they observed sparks coming from under the car. When the police stopped them, Jo was sitting in the passenger’s seat.

Both boys were “found to be under the influence of marijuana,” according to the police department’s press release.

Kailyn totals her car after picking up her son.

Police say that Jo’s brother then failed a field sobriety test and was charged with a DUI and being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, driving with a suspended license and driving an unsafe vehicle.

Jo, 19, was only charged with being under the influence of marijuana.

On this week’s Teen Mom 2, Jo sent Kailyn nasty texts!

Both individuals were released pending a court date.

Did you see the latest episode? He doesn’t think he should have to pay child support. Thought he was a good guy, but just a loser.

Are you hard of hearing?? He never said he shouldnt have to pay, he said he shouldnt have to pay that much, so that is why he is appealing the amount with the courts. That is his right! One of few that fathers have when it comes to their chiidren.
