Forget the stylists, watch as Taylor Swift cuts her best friends’ hair while touring!

Taylor Swift posted her personal video diary from her trip across Asia including footage of the singer cutting her best friends’ hair backstage. She trims the bangs of not one, but two, of her band members while getting ready for her concert.

The video shows Taylor, 21, as she travels through airports, shops at local stores, and even dresses up as a geisha with her band. It also features concert footage from tour stops in Singapore, Korea, Japan, and the Philippines.

Taylor reminds fans to vote for at the Academy of Country Music Awards starting March 1. The European leg of Taylor’s tour kicks off on March 6 in Belgium.
