New Feud: Sofia Vergara Tells Katherine Heigl To Stop Her Diva Antics

Did Katherine Heigl and Sofia Vergara face off while filming New Year’s Eve in Manhattan?

It’s no secret that Hollywood loves Sofia Vergara. And Katherine Heigl‘s diva antics aren’t exactly kept quiet either. So we tend to believe Star‘s new report claiming the two actresses got into a fight on the set of New Year’s Eve when Sofia got sick of Katherine’s whining.

“Katherine’s always complaining about having to stand outside in the cold for long periods of time, and Sofia can’t stand her whining… Finally, Sofia told her to be grateful that she has the role in the first place. That clearly didn’t go over well,” a source tells Star magazine.

Gossip Cop spoke to a friend of Sofia’s who denies she and Katherine are feuding and ignoring each other on set.

Still, this wouldn’t be the first time Katherine has complained about work. She once upset Grey’s Anatomy staff when she called producers “cruel and mean” for making her work a 17-hour day. She was subsequently written off the show. Meanwhile, Sofia is America’s new sweetheart and has stayed grounded as she’s skyrocketed to fame with her starring role in Modern Family.

I too will be standing out in the cold all night working on this film! NO COMPLAINTS as it is an honor to be included to do so.

Professionally, no one should be fighting nor complaining but feeling “Blessed” that they are Stars at this level afforded the opportunities to work, even in the difficulty of the cold. I’m putting Heat pads in my shoes and layering to stay warm all night. Even a Thermacare Heat pad on my back to work 8 hrs. will help!

True or not, these are two beautiful, blessed, wonderful actresses and women plus no one is perfect nor gets along all of the time. There can be alot of stress on a film set. Cut them some slack please! It’s so trivial overall!
I wish both Katherine and Sofia the best and feel honored to be working on the same film they Star in.

Well, since my original post can’t be seen, I will point out that Katherine Heigl left Grey’s so that she could spend more time with her baby. This is a proven fact. I will also point out that most of her former co-stars have said the exact opposite of what you guys are trying to say about her now. By the way, before you trash somebody, make sure that you get your facts straight.

Such a ridiculous story. They were only on set together for ONE day and posted pics on Twitter with each other. Just stupid rumors and the media obsession with painting poor Katherine Heigl as some kind of diva when it could not be further from the truth.

Your report is equally inaccurate. Heigl was not WRITTEN OFF THE SHOW. She asked to leave to spend more time with her family and it was agreed. It was no secret she wanted to spend more time with her daughter and continues to take a lot of time out to be with her with big gaps between work.

No, she asked to be written off the show, so she could spend more time with her adopted baby. This is a proven fact. Now, I can’t say for sure if the feud between her and Sofia is real or not, but I doubt that it is. It is amazing how people like Tom Selleck, Justin Chambers, Jeffrey Dean Morgan and many of her other former co-stars have said the exact opposite of what you guys are trying to say about her now. And no, this reply is not from the “diva katty” herself. The reply is from some guy who doesn’t understand why so many people have a bug up their ass about Katherine Heigl.
