Kieffer Delp was charged with pushing Jenelle — but the case was dismissed. Now, Jenelle Evans has refiled a complaint against him!
Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans is still upset that ex-boyfriend Kieffer Delp got off free and clear from the assault on a female charge she slammed him with on Nov. 14. The case made it to Brunswick County Criminal Court on Feb. 4, but was dismissed because Jenelle didn’t show up. Now Jenelle’s attorney tells HollyBaby.com that Jenelle has refiled her charges.
On Nov. 14, Kieffer allegedly pushed Jenelle and knocked her to the ground. He also was accused of damaging the door of a car and breaking an iPhone. Brunswick County sheriffs served Kieffer booked him on Nov. 16. He was released from jail on Nov. 22 on a $500 bond.
As of Feb. 23, Kieffer has not been served with the new charges. But a hearing is scheduled for March 15, where Jenelle also needs to appear. If the case goes to trial and Kieffer is found guilty, he could face up to 150 days in jail.
