Victoria Beckham Spends $200,000 On Her 'French Bunnies' Themed Nursery!

She’s shelling out more than $200,000! But does bunny equal boy or girl? The pink room might be a hint…

What’s with celebrities going money crazy when it comes to their baby’s nursery? Hey guys, your child doesn’t know the difference between Babies R Us and Chanel. So take it easy! But considering Victoria Beckham is Posh Spice, we assumed this designing woman would go all out decorating her baby-to-be’s humble abode. Theme? French bunnies.

Can you guess these eight pregnant stars cravings?

Victoria, 36,  and her husband David Beckham, 35, have said to have spent more than $200,000 on their baby’s room, which will have an “old-fashioned theme with a shabby-chic feel.” And Posh is in the works to buy a $1.3k “French Bunnies” round cot with hand-carved woodwork — No big deal. “She hasn’t looked at a price tag for a single thing she’s bought,” a source tells UK’s Ok! Magazine. “If she wants it she gets it, no questions asked!”

Rachel Zoe will have an outrageously expensive nursery!

And just like Rachel Zoe‘s baby boy-to-be, baby Becks will be living in the lap of luxury. “Believe me, that baby will be surrounded in luxury from the minute she, or he, comes home from hospital,” the insider adds. “The decorator was pushing colors other than traditional girlie pink but she wouldn’t hear of it. Victoria gave strict instructions that she wants the room to ‘look like a little girl lives there’.”

Victoria might not be announcing the sex of her baby. But it sounds like there might be a little girl basking in bunny bliss!

Spending that amount is outrageous, but it also means that’s $200,000 going into a depressed economy, and that’s a good thing. They have the money to spend, so let them spend it. They are notoriously cheap about how they pay their help and have no problems skirting the labor laws. At least they spend money on something.

Oh shut up celebs have always paid big bucks for the nurseies for their kids 200,000 dollars is 123,320.36 pounds and that’s not evn 1/5 of what Mariah Carey & Nick Cannon Supposedly spent on their twins nursery. granted this is Victoria and david’s 4th child and the twins are Mariah and Nick’s first and possibly only children because of her age and previous history. though Mariah’s isn’t as spotty as Victoria’s. what they do is called entertainment and comes at a premium which is determined by supply and demand. giving a child a comfortable place to sleep isn’t throwing money away

For heaven’s sake….if they want to throw away that much money, why not celebrate the birth by feeding the poor and homeless children. Why not undertake an orphanage. All that mone thrown away on frivolous bull. And America pays for it by supporting their habits.
