Glee‘s latest guest star Charlene Amoia tells us all about her on-screen relationship with Will Schuester and how Will softens Sue Sylvester’s heart tonight!

Charlene Amoia plays Nurse Bailey, a new character that will be introduced on Glee tonight. HollywoodLife.com sat down with Charlene to get the scoop on the upcoming episode of Glee and whether or not Matthew Morrison‘s Will Schuester will be heating things up with Nurse Bailey.

“Mr. Schue visits my character once a month at the hospital to sing with my kids. I take care of children who have cancer, and he decides to bring Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch) along with him for this visit.”

So how does tough girl Sue respond? “It has an effect on her. For Sue, it hits her somewhere, in a way she wasn’t expecting.”

The emotional moments were just as intense off-camera as they were on. “It was easy to get emotional,” explains Charlene, an actress you may recognize from a recurring role as a waitress in How I Met Your Mother. “They actually brought the kids from the hospital. It was such a moving day. Before I even shot my first take I had to walk away because I was brought to tears by the children telling us their stories.”

Charlene said Matthew and Jane were “so lovely.” “Matthew was exceptional. Very, very sweet. Both of them were very warm, nice, generous, and open, especially to the children.”

So do Nurse Bailey and Will kiss? Will they be starting a romantic arc? We know Will’s character has a thing for nurses!

“We have a rapport but you dont see any romance between us at this point,” confesses the actress. “It’s open-ended because this is something Will’s character has been doing, and will continue to do, on a monthly basis.”

Watch Charlene, Matthew and the sentimental real-life cancer patients on tonight’s Justin Bieber-themed episode. Do YOU guys want to see Will fall in love with a pediatric nurse?
