Most people have a team of stylists, but Angelina Jolie relies on her partner Brad Pitt for fashion tips
Angelina Jolie looked absolutely stunning in her long-sleeved, sparkly, green gown at the Golden Globes this year. Many fashion critics complimented Angelina on her stylish choice and it turns out she picks dresses with boatnecks because Brad Pitt loves them.
“We were going to dress Angelina Jolie and we had a choice of three gowns with us. When we got there, she said she wanted Brad to pick,” says Lubov Azria, the chief creative officer of BCBGMaxAzriaGroup.
“There’s usually a staff of 10 people who all have an opinion. [But Brad] was very decisive. He’s an architect and likes geometric things. He chose the dress that everyone thought was backwards, and it was. He likes boatnecks — that’s all she wears.”
The dress Lubov is referring to is the blue Max Azria gown Angelina wore backwards to the SAG awards in 2009.
