Taylor Momsen Wears Her Underwear To The 'Justin Bieber: Never Say Never' Premiere! Was It Rude?

The Jenner sisters looked appropriate & chic on the red carpet — but the same can’t be said about Taylor!

Judging by her lingerie get-up at the Justin Bieber: Never Say Never premiere in LA on Feb. 8, it looks like Taylor Momsen is still up to her crazy, look-at-me antics! While glam gals like Selena Gomez and Kendall and Kylie Kardashian looked so appropriate and chic, Taylor’s get-up wasn’t only inappropriate, it was indecent!

With her acting and modeling careers on the rocks, I don’t know why the star is still up to her rebellious ways — it seems like a bad act at this point. Back in August the rebellious singer said she didn’t know who the Biebs was — but after sitting through the movie in her underwear I guess now she’s a fan!

how old is taylor momser? why everyone get up in the arms when a adult appear in a magazine, but when a minor shows up like this in public (real life people) it doesn’t cause same repercurtion.
this girl is still a minor and she is not on a photoshoot set playing a charater to sell magazines.
