The former couple’s divorce is one step closer to being finalized. They’re keeping it civil for their son’s sake.
Christina Aguilera filed for divorce from music executive, Jordan Bratman five months ago citing irreconcilable differences. At the time Christina, 30, sought joint legal and physical custody of their son, Max, 3. Now, RadarOnline.com is reporting that petition papers Jordan, 33, filed in Los Angeles District Court, state that the pair has already privately reached a custody agreement. That’s great!
While the legal documents didn’t explain exactly what Christina, 30, and Jordan’s custody agreement is, Jordan made it clear that he has no intention of disputing their decision. Little Max is lucky that his parents custody battle didn’t get nasty like the situation currently raging between Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry over their daughter, Nahla. “Although Jordan and I are separated, our commitment to our son Max remains as strong as ever,” Christina told People magazine.
Christina and Jordan wed in 2005.
