Lindsay Lohan Reportedly Up For Role In 'Superman' Reboot! Does She Deserve It?

Forget Lois Lane and Lex Luthor — the only “LL” on comic book fans’ lips today is Lindsay Lohan! TMZ is reporting that the former (and possibly future) jailbird is in talks to play a “major character” in the upcoming Superman: Man of Steel.

Sources tell the site that Lindsay is “dying to show people … how talented she is.”

Of course, there is one pretty significant obstacle standing in her way: She could be heading back to the slammer! Lindsay will soon be facing felony grand theft charges for the $2,500 necklace she’s being accused of stealing — and legal experts claim she’s headed directly to jail if the L.A. County District Attorney files the case!

“She is automatically in violation of her probation if she gets arrested,” explains Susan F. Filan, an attorney who spoke exclusively with HollywoodLife.com. “She would face up to six months in state prison or county jail.”
