Lindsay Lohan Being Charged With Felony Grand Theft Tomorrow!

We told you it was coming — there’s a good chance Lindsay is headed to prison!

More legal trouble for Lindsay Lohan!TMZ is reporting she will be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow (Feb. 9) at the Los Angeles’ Airport Court and charged with felony grand theft for stealing that now-infamous $2,500 necklace.

If she’s convicted, the site reports, Lindsay could be sent to a California state prison.
