Behind the big black mask is this adorable four-year-old who also stars on ‘Young and the Restless,” and check out how much he looks like Anakin/future Darth Vader.
It’s the one Super Bowl ad everyone is talking about — “The Force,” for the Volkswagen Passat — and the man (er, child) behind the mask has been revealed. He made an appearance (with his mom!) this morning on the Today show.
The actor’s name is Max Page, and he’s already a child star — he plays Reed Hellstrom on The Young and the Restless — but we were mostly struck by how much he looks like the kid who played Anakin Skywalker in The Phantom Menace, the Star Wars movie from 1999.

Hi. Glad you are doing fine. Saw you today on Tv with Matt lauer. When I spoke about you to friends later on the golf course I could not recall your age. You were very well spoken on the interview. My friends said kids look young but are older than I think.
