Lindsay Lohan Almost Certainly Headed Back To Jail! Exclusive!

The legal woes keep on coming for Lindsay — and she will likely head to jail because of her latest troubles!

Lindsay Lohan, 24, will be facing felony grand theft charges as early as Feb. 7, TMZ is reporting. And legal experts claim she is headed directly to jail if the L.A. County District Attorney files the case!

“She is automatically in violation of her probation if she gets arrested,” says Susan F. Filan, an attorney who spoke exclusively with HollywoodLife.com. “She would face up to six months in state prison or county jail.”

The incident in question is the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace from Kamofie & Company, a Venice, Calif. jewelry store. The jewelry went missing on the same day Lindsay was in the store looking at it, and the allegation is she took it herself. Lindsay’s camp is saying her stylist worked out a plan for the jewelry to be borrowed and the terms of the loan were unclear on both ends. The necklace has since been returned, but a surveillance tape the jewelry store has allegedly passed over to police and could be a deciding factor.

Lindsey must now defend herself on two fronts: the violation of probation and these new felony charges. This process would involve admitting to the courts she was arrested for a new allegation but asking them to hold off on the probation violation because she might be found not guilty of the new felony charges. But Susan says it will be a hard case for Lindsay to fight.

“If I was her judge, I wouldn’t buy it,” Susan says.

If convicted on these felony grand theft charges, she could face up to three years in prison.

How does Lindsay keep getting into these situations?

I have been browsing online greater than 3 hours lately, but I by no means discovered any attention-grabbing article like yours. It’s pretty value sufficient for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made good content as you did, the web will probably be much more helpful than ever before.

If you live in NYC you no doubt recall the fur incident of a few years back when a very expensive fur coat was stolen from a posh eatery. Just so happened Ms. Lohan was at same bar/restaurant at the time of the theft. A day later a photo appeared of Ms. Lohan walking down the street with said stolen fur coat on! A settlement was made by the Lohan Clan and she never saw the inside of a jail. She has a history, y’all. Just sayin’.

If you are a stylist in Hollywood, there are no, ” terms were unclear on both ends” when it comes to borrowing jewelry. It’s pretty cut and dry. The stylist is given a terms of condition to sign and gives a credit card number for insurance. End of story.
Lindsay is living in fantasy land.

I’ve heard a few people say that “the store is just trying to get free publicity.” Now, I don’t actually want to see Lindsey go to jail, and I’m always a little troubled by the freaks who routinely clog up these types of message boards with calls for her to be imprisoned. Makes me wonder what kind of life they are having, that they are so worried about this girl.

Having said that, the argument about publicity doesn’t make any sense, at least at first glance. What good would it do the store to get “publicity” for having its own customers falsely imprisoned? There’s no upside for them to lie about this. If they lied, it will come out, and then who would ever want to shop there?

There you go blame it on the stylist!! Don’t stylists pull items from shops to show the “star” to see what they like? So Lindsay pulls stuff with her stylist? Then why have a stylist?

Dina was that your idea to blame the stylist?

The article asks: How does Lindsay keep getting into these situations?

The bigger question is how do she keep getting out of these situation?

Throw the book at this entitled loser. The original charges were not misdemeanors that was just the plea and she just can’t keep straight can she.

Always making excuses and putting the blame on others. No one buys it anymore.
