Lindsay Lohan To Be Charged With Felony Grand Theft For Allegedly Stealing Necklace — Will She Ever Learn?

Her problems with drugs and alcohol seemingly behind her, Lindsay has now managed to get in trouble with the law for a new reason — theft!

For someone who has not worked in what now seems like ages, Lindsay Lohan has once again managed to keep herself in the news, this time for alleged theft! TMZ reports the actress is set to be charged with felony grand theft for taking a $2,500 necklace and “the L.A. County District Attorney will file the case as early as Monday.” Yikes!

Lindsay claims she simply took the necklace on loan from a Venice, Ca. jewelry store, and the actress was spotted wearing what appears to be the same piece of jewelry a week after taking it from the store.

Lindsay is already on probation for her DUI case and could face up to three years in prison if convicted.

Will this girl ever learn?

okay, Lindsay do not give a ……. because she is never punished?…..grand theft is bad she went to far out – and she is having a ball ……anyway, who is paying her bills? – No I dont believe somebody would pay for her to “show up” , I would worry what she would put in her handbag??? HOLD YOUR HORSES!!!

She reminds me so much of my late husband’s grandson who was born with fetal alcohol syndrome. I am not saying she has this biological disorder, but what she is doing with her life mirrors his. He had no moral compass. He would steal, was drinking in his early teens, doing drugs, getting into fights. Was suspected in a store robbery. Nothing phased him. He was attractive and charming (like Lindsay) and very creative. He was jealous of one of his cousin’s new car so he poured sugar in the gas tank and ruined it. She had saved years to buy it. Never served a day in jail. They couldn’t prove he did it. I am far away from him now and have no idea how his life turned out. There is something wrong with her on a profound level. I wish someone would find out just what her problem is and fix it.

Her “problem” is that she was rich and famous from an absurdly early age, and has no coping skills. As with fellow airhead Britney Spears, the tiniest stressors–stuff ordinary people would scoff at–send her right over the edge.

Sorry, Roy. Her ‘problem’ is far more serious than just being spoiled and not being able to cope. Borderline Personality, Bi-Polar, who knows what she has. She was in a mental ward and instead of getting the help she needed she spent all day drawing clothes and shoes and handbags! She isn’t spoiled. She desperately needs help!

it’s real easy to scoff celebrities off as “rich&spoilt”.
being “rich” is not the answer/problem of every solution.

She’s enough of a celebrity/personality that she just needs to pull a Paris Hilton every once in a while (i.e. show up at a Hollywood party for 5 minutes)and she’ll be given 100,000$ and a Ferrari.
