We were so excited about Jen’s rumored adoption plans, but it turns out a baby is a no-go for the Just Go With It star. She tells Ellen and Conan, “I’m not adopting any children!”
We’re so bummed! No babies for Jennifer Aniston, as a matter of fact, there’s no new dogs on the way either! The actress, 41, who is promoting her new film Just Go With It, cleared up adoption rumors on both The Ellen DeGeneres Show and Conan, saying the rumors are ridiculous. “Now, are you going to adopt another dog I heard?” Ellen DeGeneres asks Jen. “What? I think you’re confusing that with the Mexican child I’m supposedly adopting,” Jen chuckles. “I am not adopting a Mexican child. I’m not adopting any children… and no doggies right now.” It sounds like Jen isn’t even considering adoption! Boo! We were so excited!

The news of Jen’s adoption plan first started when Star magazine reported that she was bringing home a new baby just in time for her 42nd birthday this month. A rep for the star replied to the reports right away, stating, “It is completely false. Jennifer is not adopting a baby from Mexico, nor does she have a nursery in her home and she has not hired a nanny. It is all a work of fiction.” So, our dreams of Jen becoming a mom are not coming true any time soon, but who knows, maybe someday! We think you should do it, Jen! What do you think, HollyMoms?

What I want for her is what will make her happy. That’s it. And what that involves is entirely up to her. I’m sure that if she prioritized motherhood as much as the media seems to, she’d be making it happen one way or another, but she is a grown woman with the capacity to make these choices for herself, and she doesn’t owe it to anyone else.
